Project Freestyle is an online community that connects people through networks of friends, teams, leagues and games. Project Freestyle service and network (collectively “Project Freestyle”, “the Service”) is owned and operated by your friends at the Element division of whiteMAKO (collectively, “us”, “we”, “the company”, “whiteMAKO”) (element.whitemako.com). By joining the Project Freestyle online community www.projectfreestyle.com (the “Web Site”) you have agreed and read, understand and consent to be bound by these Terms of Use (”Terms of Use”, “Agreement”). At our sole judgment, we preserve the ability, to change, modify, add, or delete aspects of these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page with an effective update date. Upon agreeing to these terms it is your responsibility to periodically check the Terms of Use page for updates. Your continued use of Project Freestyle after any updates to these Terms of Use constitutes your compliance with the current Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access Web site.

Eligibility
In order to utilize the services offered by the Web Site you must be sixteen years of age or older to register as a member of Project Freestyle (a “Member”) or make use of the Web site. If you are under the age of 16, you are not allowed to register and become a member of Project Freestyle or use content at Project Freestyle, features and services on the Web Site. By using the Service or the Web site, you represent and warrant that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Project Freestyle may terminate your Membership and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Service or the Web site for any reason, at any time.

Teenagers under the Age of 16
Project Freestyle does not deliberately collect or request personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register. No one under age 16 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on Project Freestyle. Member Conduct
You agree and understand that the Service and the Web site are available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. Account Activity
No user is to have multiple accounts. If a user is suspected of having multiple accounts, his or her accounts may be terminated with or without notice. Accounts held by users who sign up with blatantly false names (ex: political figures, celebrities, musicians…) are also subject to termination with or without notice. Also, any accounts that have been inactive for more than one month are subject to termination without notice.

Rights of Proprietary Content on the Web Site
The content on Project Freestyle, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement (the “Content”), are the proprietary property of the Company or its licensors. All rights reserved. No Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company’s prior written permission. You may download or print a copy of any portion of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. You may not republish Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation. Any other use of the Content is strictly prohibited. The trademarks, logos, trade dress and service marks on the Web site are all either trademarks or registered trademarks of whiteMAKO or its licensors and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company.

Content Posted by Members
Project Freestyle holds the right to review and delete any content, including messages, videos, text, pictures, files, sounds, or any other user submitted content (collectively, “the content”) that in sole judgment of the Company deems illegal, offensive, or infringe this Agreement. Content posted that offend, harm, or threaten in any way other members of the site will be removed. As a member you are the only one responsible for the Content you publish or display (collectively, “post”) on the site and also any Content sent to other members via messaging, forums, or any means of information transmission. By posting Content in any public area on the site you thereby give full non-exclusive, fully paid, universal rights to Project Freestyle to post and modify to publicly display on any other area of the site, this agreement will be terminated as soon as the information is removed from the site.

Copyright Policy
It is unlawful to post or in any way reproduce any copyrighted material including trademarks, or any other proprietary information without written formal consent of the proprietary owner. Any member who violates this will have its membership privileges revoked; furthermore any member who repeatedly infringes on this policy will be subject to notification of the proprietary owner of the property being infringed. If you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed on in a manner which constitutes copyright infringement we ask that you email support [at] projectfreestyle.com a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Web site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf, with an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Project Freestyle allows its members to post exterior Web Site links. We hold no responsibility for the content, or terms of use on these sites. These sites are not monitored prior or during their post on our site. Project Freestyle holds no responsibility for the content of any of the links posted on the site. Disputes
Project Freestyle holds no responsibility for any off or on site disputes that may erupt. You are attending all pick-up games, friendlies, leagues, tournaments, or any other venture by means of our service at your own risk. Project Freestyle is not responsible for the actions of any of its members or any disputes that may erupt by using our service. Any disputes between members on the site may be monitored, with no obligation to do so, by Project Freestyle. You are solely responsible for any on or off site actions.
